Italian Filippo Calia is the head chef of Restaurante Ca'n Bonico

He has worked in the best kitchens of different countries such as like Italy, Germany or France and he has been named head chef of Ca’n Bonico in 2016, after working here for 5 years. His passion for cooking is shown in each of his creations, the result of a creative style which preserves the Mallorcan gastronomic tradition, adding a touch of innovation.

 

Restaurante Ca'n Bonico offers its customers, both hotel guests and visitors, different options to enjoy a unique dining experience in a lovely place.

You can enjoy the chef's creations 'à la carte' or through a seasonal menu, both paired by the best national and international wines. The menu and the wine selection are modified throughout the year to make the most of the seasonal products. The seasonal menu changes every two days to offer guests and visitors a broad overview of our cuisine.
