Thanks to the privileged location of Hotel Ca'n Bonico in the southeast of Mallorca, we are very lucky to have the most beautiful coastal area of the island. When the discussion is about crystalline waters and white sand, the beaches near our hotel are just must-visits.
For starters, and very close to the hotel, you will find the longest natural beach in Mallorca: Es Trenc. Bordered by a pine forest and with the whitest sand you've ever seen, this beach will make you feel like you're part of nature itself.
1 kilometer away from Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find Es Carbó. The beach of Es Carbó is an idyllic beach of white sand, very private and long. From the beach you will enjoy the view of several islets, even being able to see the island of Cabrera in a distance.
2 kilometeres west of the Lighthouse of Ses Salines is Es Caragol. This secluded but well-known virgin beach has white sand and dunes stretching more than a kilometer inland.
Cala Llombards is a beautiful sand cove that is very easy to reach. The small village in which it is located - Cala Llombards- is a very quiet place of single family houses very popular among Mallorcan people.
Very close to Cala Llombards you will find Cala s'Almunia, a cove of sand and rocks. It has a kind of natural division of bathing areas: one of sand and the other of rocks, where there is a small cave which works as a platform to jump into the sea. Go have an adventure!
Also very close to Cala Llombards and Cala s'Almunia is Es Caló des Moro. Despite its difficult access and small size, it is one of the most famous coves in the area due to its striking beauty. The views are a true spectacle and the water is crystal clear.
Located in the Natural Park of Mondragó you will find S'Amarador. This small white sandy beach is located 5.5 kilometers away from Santanyí. Besides the obvious appeal thanks to its beauty, S'Amarador is also an excellent destination or starting point of multiple itineraries for hiking. If you decide to visit S'Amarador, you can also enjoy its neighbouring cove, Cala Mondragó.
